Power Snack: Protein Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry Yogurt
  • Granola
  • Banana
  • Protein Powder
    • Our Choice: BioSteel Chocolate Advanced Recovery Protein

Directions:

  1. Pour 1 cup of Strawberry Yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Mix a ½ scoop of protein into the yogurt and stir together
  3. Mix a ¼ cup of granola
  4. Add slices of banana on top
  5. Enjoy!
