Power Snack: Protein Yogurt
Ingredients:
- Strawberry Yogurt
- Granola
- Banana
- Protein Powder
- Our Choice: BioSteel Chocolate Advanced Recovery Protein
Directions:
- Pour 1 cup of Strawberry Yogurt into a bowl.
- Mix a ½ scoop of protein into the yogurt and stir together
- Mix a ¼ cup of granola
- Add slices of banana on top
- Enjoy!
