Snow Day Circuit:
A1. 10 Squats with 5 Jump Squats
A2. 10 Pushups
A3. :30 Plank or Bodysaw with Sliders
A4. :30 Mountain Climbers
A5. 10 Single-Leg Hops with 10 Single Leg Deadlifts each leg
A6. 10 Split Squats each leg
*Complete the circuit and rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat for as many rounds as you would like.
