About Us

Our mission at Adapt Strength and Conditioning is to enhance athletic development by providing proper training protocol, education, and a supportive environment. We strive for each athlete to learn, enjoy and acquire lifelong healthy habits well beyond their playing days.

Our sports performance program prepares our athletes not just for their current sport season, but beyond. We produce a professional strength and conditioning training plan that will prepare the athlete physically and metabolically for their sport! Consistent and progressive training will allow your athlete to be stronger, powerful, and conditioned for their competition!

In this pursuit, individualized programming for youth, middle school, and high school athletes, through a semi-private personal training setting.

Prior to Adapt Strength and Conditioning, we were previously Vangilder Performance and Fitness. Through current events, we were able to ADAPT and adjust to various situations which allowed us to realign. Learn more about Adapt Strength and Conditioning!

What is Adapt Strength and Conditioning?

The dictionary definition of Adapt is “to change (something) so that it functions better or is better suited for a purpose”. Whether you’re an athlete or general fitness enthusiast we all Adapt to our daily situations, habits, and demands.

In order to achieve our goals or to perform and function at the highest level we can, we must adapt key factors such as nutrition, training, recovery, mindset, all of which impact us on a daily basis.

Our bodies are like a well-oiled machine. Each gear needs to function efficiently together in order for the machine to function at its highest level. These gears may be our structure, posture, nutrition, hydration, training, recovery, and mindset. 

We strive to adapt each gear so that they work together and allow for optimal peak performance! We do this through group training and semi-private personal training.
